FevoriTerms of service
Fevori (fevori.app) lets hosts invite guests to events by email or text and collect their RSVPs. These terms apply to everyone who uses it, whether you're hosting or have been invited. By using Fevori you agree to them.
Hosting with Fevori
- Invite only people you know, to real events.
- Before you have Fevori text someone, make sure they've agreed to get your invitation by text. Fevori asks you to confirm this each time you send texts.
- Don't use Fevori for advertising, marketing or anything other than inviting people to your event, and don't send anything unlawful, harassing or misleading.
- You're responsible for the events, guest lists and messages you add.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Text messages
What they are. When a host chooses to invite you by text, Fevori sends you one text message from Fevori's number. It greets you by name, says which host invited you to which event, and links to your personal invitation page, where you can RSVP.
How often. One text per invitation, and never a second text about the same invitation. How many you get depends on how many invitations hosts send you. Fevori doesn't send marketing or promotional texts.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any Fevori text and Fevori won't text you again, whichever host is inviting you. You'll get one text confirming it. Reply START if you change your mind.
Help. Reply HELP, or email support@fevori.app.
Replies. Anything else you reply is passed on to the host by email.
Delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number. Fevori uses your phone number only to deliver invitations and pass on your replies. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See the privacy policy.
Invitation emails come from invites@fevori.app on a host's behalf. Each one has an unsubscribe link, which stops all email from Fevori.
Your content
You own what you add to Fevori. You allow us to store it and show it to the people it's meant for, such as showing your event to the guests you invite, as needed to run Fevori.
No warranty
Fevori is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for invitations, texts or emails that are delayed or not delivered.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Fevori after a change means you accept it.
