Privacy policy

Fevori lets hosts send event invitations and collect RSVPs. This policy explains what we collect and why. Using Fevori is also covered by our terms of service.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to operate Fevori: delivering invitations, showing hosts their guests' status, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Google user data

Fevori's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If you connect Google Contacts, Fevori reads your contacts (read-only) only while you're using the "Fill in from Google Contacts" page, to suggest missing email addresses and phone numbers for your guests. Contacts are not stored; only the details you choose to apply are saved to your guest list. Fevori never reads your email.

Text messages

When a host chooses to invite guests by text, Fevori sends one text per invitation from Fevori's number through our SMS provider, Twilio, and records whether it was delivered and whether its link was opened. Hosts can also text an invitation from their own phone; Fevori then only records that they started the text.

Reply STOP to any text from Fevori to stop all texts from Fevori, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. The text message terms have the details.

Phone numbers are used only to deliver invitations and pass on replies. We don't sell them, and we don't share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

Where it's stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

Deleting your data
